களைகட் டதனோடு நேர்

Deadly-punishments of king to cruel people,
is identical to weeding of young-crops

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The deadly-punishments given by the rulers to cruel people; is on par to the weeding process, in order to save the surrounding young-crops.
