எண்பதத்தான் ஓரா முறைசெய்யா மன்னவன்
தண்பதத்தான் தானே கெடும்

A king who isn't accessible and not systematic, 
will deteriorate and ruin themselves

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The rulers who are not easily accessible by the citizens, and who do not apply the appropriate scepter; will reach low-level, and ruin themselves.
