உளவரை தூக்காத ஒப்புர வாண்மை
வளவரை வல்லைக் கெடும்

Helping without estimating the balance-in-hand,
will rapidly decay the wealth

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: If it is continued to help others without estimating the balance-in-hand of oneself, the quantity of someone's wealth will be rapidly decayed.
