A king with four of “Giving/Kindness/Scepter/Guarding Public”
is light for other kings

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: A king with the four virtues of “Giving the needy/Speaking kind/Following the ethics/Guarding the Public” - will be the “light house” for the rest of kings.

A member with the four ethics of “Sharing properly/Sacrificing without expectation/Respecting the elders/Maintaining the relationships” - will become the “family head” for the rest of members.
