கவிகைக்கீழ்த் தங்கும் உலகு

World stays under the umbrella of a king with
quality of enduring unpleasant words

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The world will peacefully stay under the shadow of “grace-umbrella” of a king, who has the quality to endure even the unpleasant words.

The public will fearlessly live under the “holy-service” of a ruler, who has the character to embrace  even the unethically criticising opponents.
