அவாஎன்ப எல்லா உயிர்க்கும் எஞ்ஞான்றும்
தவாஅப் பிறப்பீனும் வித்து

Desire, unfailingly seeds an appropriate birth,
to all lives anytime

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Desire is a seed that do not fail in seeding a birth to all lives at all times, which is appropriate to their desire.
