பற்றற்ற கண்ணே பிறப்பறுக்கும் மற்று
நிலையாமை காணப் படும்

Those haven't desire, will eliminate birth;
rest will experience impermanence

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Those who have renounced all desires, will be escaped from the affliction of birth; the rest will continue with the impermanent life.

Those who don’t have the cast-mania, will be deviated from the character of animal; the rest won’t have evolution but will be with brutality.
