ஒழுக்கம் உடைமை குடிமை இழுக்கம்
இழிந்த பிறப்பாய் விடும்

Possessing discipline makes the people civilized;

indiscipline make them uncivilized

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: Possessing discipline is the identity of civilized people; those who do not possess discipline will become uncivilized people.
