ஒருமையுள் ஆமைபோல் ஐந்தடக்கல் ஆற்றின் 
எழுமையும் ஏமாப் புடைத்து

Restraining our "five-senses", like turtle,
protects us all births

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: If we can restrain five-senses of our body, like tortoise, in one birth; it will protect us in all of our births.

If we can integrate all five-elements of nature, like the fingers of hand, at one point; it will help guarding the nature forever.
