Words, determined to benefit others, will
yield good & establish ethics

Vizhiyappan's Commentary: The determined words, undeviated from the intention of benefiting  others; will yield good deeds and establish the ethics.

The assured initiatives, undeviated from the zealous of advancing the life of others; will multiply the humane and strengthen the society.
